Mindfulness Group Denver, January 2015

MindBodyHealth will be offering a 4 week mindfulness group in January, beginning Wednesday January 14 at 530pm. Groups will be held each Wednesday  for 4 consecutive weeks (Group Dates: 1/14, 1/21, 1/28 and 2/4) . Space is limited to 4-6 participants, and at the time of this writing 2 spots have already been claimed. What is Mindfulness

Mindfulness has increasingly gained popularity in recent years. Mindfulness is as simple (and as difficult) as recognizing and accepting your experience just as it is in this moment. This group will implement a number of mindfulness exercises through guided practice. This group is ideal for anyone who is interested in implementing mindfulness into their life.
