Mindfulness is a core life skill. Limitless opportunities seem to arise when one actively participates in an evolving practice of intentional attention to the present moment. We can realistically seek a more quiet mind. We can better manage stress, anxiety and physical pain. We can visualize functioning at our best. We can work from strengths we already possess rather than working against perceived deficits or labels.
We are pleased to offer first-hand access to our own evolving practices of mindfulness and meditation. Our training bridges and blends different meditative traditions and psychological interventions. We are hopeful you will find a more clear understanding of how mindfulness can work best for you.
We will beginning a 4 week mindfulness class in Denver, starting Wednesday October 14.
