We are excited to announce the beginning of our next Mindfulness group, which will begin Thursday September 15 at 4pm.
The group will be held each Thursday afternoon for 6 consecutive weeks. Groups will be 60 minutes in duration. The mindfulness group will consist largely of in session led exercises to learn the basics of adopting a mindfulness practice. This group is great for anyone wishing to learn more about mindfulness, or to use mindfulness as a means of aiding in a specific problem, such as pain, stress, depression or anxiety.

No prior experience with meditation or mindfulness is necessary. Space is limited to 4 – 6 participants — act quickly (but mindfully!) as we’ve already had a few people reserve spots, and we expect this group to fill quickly.
We accept both Cigna and Medicare insurance policies, along with all Health Savings Account (HSA) plans. We are happy to submit insurance claims for those paying out of pocket for this group.
Due to popular demand for our Thursday afternoon Mindfulness group, we are offering a new Tuesday morning mindfulness group led by Dr. Clancy and our new associate Diana Hinojosa, MA. The group will start Sept. 20 at 9:30 AM.
The group will be held weekly at this time for five consecutive weeks. Groups will be 60 minutes in duration and we will cover a range of meditation and yogic relaxation techniques.
