November Mindfulness Groups

Our October Mindfulness groups are currently wrapping up, and we are pleased to announce the start dates for our November classes. We will once again hold 2 groups; a Tuesday morning class starting 11/1 with Dr. Clancy from 9:30 – 10:30 am, and a Thursday afternoon class beginning 11/3 with Dr. Ross from 4 – 5 pm. Group Dates are as follows:

Tuesday Mornings, Dr. Clancy
November 1, 8, 15, 29 (note 11/22 is week off for Thanksgiving)
December 6

Thursday Afternoons, Dr. Ross
November 3, 10, 17 (note 11/24 is off for Thanksgiving)
December 1, 8

No prior experience with meditation, mindfulness or yoga is necessary. Space is limited in each group  — please act quickly as these groups fill quickly.
