Liz Daeninck, MS, RD of MindBodyHealth’s Nutrition Counseling
As a part of the MindBodyHealth team, I am committed to helping you find the solutions to making eating healthy and exercising regularly a reality in your life. As a passionate agent of change, I bring with me my experience and expertise of over 16 years as a nutritionist/registered dietitian and exercise physiologist. I work with individuals and groups to help facilitate lifestyle changes to improve overall health.
My philosophy is to partner with clients to help make gradual, sustainable changes to reach their individualized nutrition, movement, and health goals.
I help my clients manage various chronic health conditions such as obesity, metabolic syndrome, insulin resistance, Polycystic Ovary Syndrome (PCOS), diabetes, high cholesterol, hypertension and cancer. Most recently, I have worked with patients prior to and following weight loss (bariatric) surgery–to improve nutritional status and outcomes. In addition, I work as a health coach over the phone helping individuals improve their dietary, movement and sleep habits.
I have taught classes at the college level and facilitated weight loss group meetings, presented a variety of nutrition seminars and I am a published author and researcher in the field of nutrition. I have contributed articles to the website, Healthcastle.com, which have also appeared on Reuters, ABC and USA Today.
