Men’s Health Group: Five modules, four weeks each.

Men face challenges today that previous generations could barely envision. It can be difficult to know where to turn even as divorce, co-parenting, and changing gender roles become the norm rather than the exception.

At MindBodyHealth we are now providing a weekly men’s health group led by John Brewer, LCSW, and William Clancy, PsyD. You will find a supportive environment that also challenges you to become more skillful and well in response to:

  • Health issues such as sleep, appetite and sexual problems
  • Depression, anxiety, stress and mood swings
  • Trouble concentrating
  • Low self-esteem / high self-blame
  • Loss of status / loss of ability
  • Anger / violence
  • Relationship problems
  • Alcohol and substance abuse
  • Trauma / social injustice / oppression

John Brewer and William Clancy have worked together in consultation since 2014. Through their mutual understanding of men’s health issues from both clinical and social psychology perspectives, they will help you orient to a life that fulfills the pure potentiality of diversity, inclusion and equity.
